Nine picnic sites are provided, some with picnic tables in groups of two and three, to make room for families or large groups. All sites offer table and pedestal grill. The triple site offers a fire ring. A large mowed field is available. Drinking water is centrally located. Overnight camping is not allowed at Mill Creek.
Fishing: Mill Creek is one of only four publicly-accessible streams in Missouri populated by truly wild, stream-bred rainbow trout. No trout have been stocked here for several decades and none will be in the future. Fly-fishing and artificial lures only; no live or "natural" bait. Mill Creek is about 3 miles long, and is too small for boats; fish from the bank or wade in the stream.
