Mississippi River town, Hannibal, was the hometown of Mark Twain, but in addition to literary sights find here ample opportunity to boat, fish, hike, bike or cruise as needed.
Also called Chaffee County Road 390, this road begins gentle and gets a bit trickier as it enters thick forest. Clear Creek flows alongside, inviting fishing. You'll stop at Winfield, or maybe easier, as a number of excellent hiking trails start from this road. You'll also pass through the Vicksburg Ghost Town.
